Jinger Drinks Project
Jinger Drinks approached us with a project to create a versatile packaging solution for their holistic health drink range. The goal was to produce three high-quality gift boxes for larger products of varied sizes, alongside a smaller gift box designed to hold four 50ml bottles. This required custom printing and a thoughtful design to meet both practical and aesthetic needs.
Our process began by requesting product samples from the client. This allowed our engineering CAD team to design presentation cartons tailored to fit the products perfectly. For the larger items, the design focused on enclosed cartons that provided sturdy support and a seamless presentation. However, the smaller products required a unique approach to combine visibility with security.
To showcase the 50ml bottles effectively, our team integrated a window aperture into the box design. This feature provided visual access to the products, enhancing customer engagement while maintaining the integrity of the packaging. The aperture size was meticulously calculated to prevent tampering, and an additional fitment tray was added to secure the bottles at the base.
Throughout the process, customer service remained our top priority, ensuring all design elements aligned with Jinger Drinks’ vision and tight deadlines. The final gift boxes featured vibrant custom printing options, with finishes available to suit their brand’s aesthetic. This approach ensuredthat the packaging elevated the product's perceived value while maintaining durability and functionality.
The result was an outstanding range of gift boxes that delivered on every front. These packaging solutions combined innovative design, high-quality materials, and expert box printing to create a visually striking and practical product.
