We were thrilled to collaborate with Bowman Liquids as their creative partner to develop high-quality, innovative packaging for their latest DK Salts range. With a strong presence in the vape industry, they required a sophisticated product packaging solution to showcase their new range at exhibitions. Our challenge was to design a display case that not only presented their vape cartons effectively but also reinforced their brand’s premium identity.
To achieve this, we designed a sleek and functional tray capable of holding ten 10ml tall cartons, each representing a different flavor in the DK Salts range. To ensure a secure and professional presentation, we incorporated a 20mm CNC foam inlay, precisely cut to hold each carton in place. The foam fit seamlessly within the buffer wall tray base, offering both stability and a polished aesthetic.
The lid was designed with a tuck-in closure, providing a clean and secure finish. To enhance durability and visual appeal, we applied an anti-scuff matte laminate, ensuring the packaging maintained its pristine look even after multiple uses at exhibitions. The finishing touch was the use of spot UV varnish on the brand’s signature dot elements, creating a subtle yet striking contrast that added a premium feel to the overall design.
